Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Katharina

What to expect: A yoga practice where laughter is welcome, and the good feeling afterwards – having done something for yourself. The class is suitable for all levels. Depending on the focus, we practice for more grounding, deceleration, joy, or for relaxation and letting go.
How we practice: The basis of the classes is Vinyasa Yoga. The physical exercises, known as asanas, are not practiced individually but are linked together in flowing movements.

Registration: until the day before at 5:00 PM online or at a tourism info center in the Wilder Kaiser region
Participants: min. 3 persons to max. 15 persons
Equipment: Sportswear, and feel free to bring something warm to wear for the final relaxation. Changing facilities and yoga mats are available on-site
Cost: € 20.00 per person | Payment in cash directly to the provider
Duration: from 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM
Meeting point: Kaiserlodge, Dorf 11a, 6351 Scheffau
Suitable for: beginners as well as advanced practitioners

Katharina Muck is a certified Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher (certified by Yoga Alliance), co-owner of the Om&Co Yoga Studios and at home on her yoga journey for over 20 years.
In her classes, she connects conscious breathing, flowing movement, and a clear intention – for more joy and lightness.
For Katharina, yoga primarily means connection: the connection to yourself, to your breath, and to everything around you. Her classes - where laughter is also welcome - leave you with the feeling of having taken good care of yourself – with more spaciousness, clarity, and a smile on your face.
