Toddler Yoga - for children ages 2.5 to 4 with accompaniment

In toddler yoga, you spend time together and are fully present with each other. The class is playful and age-appropriate.
To loosen up and settle into the space, we start with a welcome song. Following that is our yoga practice, where we experiment with asanas (positions) individually and together through a narrative experience. Before we embark on our relaxation journey, we take a brief creative break to give the children a moment for themselves.
