Outdoor yoga at the bathing lake Going

Experience a relaxing yoga session amidst nature at the idyllic Goinger swimming lake. Together with yoga instructor Katharina, you will enjoy a flowing Vinyasa yoga practice suitable for all levels – accompanied by the fresh evening air, the warm evening sun, and the stunning view of the Wilder Kaiser.

The connection between movement and breath is the focus of this hour, giving you new energy, inner calm, and lightness. Yoga in the open air makes this session a truly special experience – mindful, powerful, and at the same time relaxing.

And if you wish, a jump into the swimming lake provides the perfect refreshment and rounds off the evening ideally.

About Katharina
Katharina Muck accompanies people with a lot of heart, joy, and experience on their yoga journey. For almost 20 years, she has practiced yoga and shares her passion as a yoga instructor in classes, workshops, and retreats.
In her sessions, she combines flowing movement, conscious breathing, and mindfulness – always with the goal of bringing more lightness, connection, and joy into everyday life. Teaching in nature is particularly close to her heart, where yoga becomes a holistic experience.

Participants: min. 3 people, max. 15 people; suitable for all levels
Equipment: Sportswear, preferably something warm to wear for the final relaxation. Yoga mats are available on site or feel free to bring your own mat.
Cost: € 20.00 per person for the yoga session
Payment: in cash directly to the provider 
Additional Costs: Entrance Goinger Swimming Lake - € 3.00
Duration: Yoga session from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM
