Sunnseitweg trail circular route

Sunnseitweg trail circular route

Description

The popular Sunnseitweg trail starts at the Franzlhof leisure centre. Pass the campsite on your right, walk uphill for a short distance and follow the path straight ahead along the edge of the forest. Pass the Oberkollerhof farm and follow the signs towards Hochfilzer in Reiter Dörfl. From there, walk up to the right to Schwazerbauer. After a short, steep section, the path leads you up to the Lengauer Chapel. Continue along the forest path to reach the Stallhäusl inn. To return, follow the road downhill for a short distance until you reach a steeper section through the forest on your left. The Sunnseitweg trail continues towards Badhausgraben, Alpenschlössl and past Reiter Dörfl back to Franzlhof.
