The summer solstice has a long tradition in Tyrol and is a spectacular sight that delights countless visitors to the "Wilder Kaiser" every year. Around the longest day of the year, elaborate bonfires are lit on the surrounding mountains – often in the shape of symbols, crosses or heart motifs. As dusk falls, the mountain slopes are transformed into a sea of glowing lights, creating a very special, almost mystical atmosphere.
The cable car to the "Hexenwasser" operates from 6.30 pm to 11.00 pm, offering you the chance to experience this unique natural spectacle in comfort from above. Enjoy the special atmosphere as night falls and the mountains around the Wilder Kaiser stand ablaze – another highlight is the fire show at 10.15 pm.
